A note from me

I've always been drawn to the water.

The ocean. The way it moves. The peace I feel when I'm near it. Water has always felt like a little piece of home to my free spirit.

When I started learning more about the water I was drinking, it opened up a whole new world. I became curious about molecular hydrogen, water ionization and what the research actually says.

I'm Celeste Lichtenhan, a mom, an entrepreneur and someone who believes that small choices can change the way we live. This is a space to share what I've learned, without the overwhelm.

A little curiosity can lead you somewhere beautiful.
Let's start with the basics

What is molecular hydrogen?

Molecular hydrogen, written H₂, is a gas made of two hydrogen atoms. Hydrogen rich water is simply water with extra H₂ gas dissolved into it. It is different from the hydrogen already bound inside ordinary water molecules (H₂O).

01

Small molecule. Big curiosity.

Researchers are exploring how dissolved H₂ may interact with biological signaling and oxidative stress pathways.

02

More than a trend.

Human studies have looked at topics including exercise recovery, inflammatory markers and metabolic health. Results are still preliminary.

03

Science first.

Hydrogen rich water is not a proven treatment for disease. Larger, longer and better controlled studies are needed to understand its effects.

What we're learning

Potential benefits under study.

Some early research has explored molecular hydrogen in relation to oxidative balance, exercise recovery and inflammation related biomarkers. Findings are mixed, and an interesting result in a small study doesn't mean a health benefit is established.

My goal isn't to promise miracles. It's to help you understand the possibilities, the questions and the evidence so you can make your own informed choices.

Wellness isn't about chasing perfection. It's about getting curious, learning and choosing what feels aligned for your life.
From curiosity to everyday life

Meet Kangen Water.

Kangen Water is produced by Enagic water ionizers. The machines filter incoming water and use electrolysis to create different water types, each with its own pH and everyday uses.

Kangen Drinking Water | pH 8.5, 9.0 & 9.5

Enjoy three drinking water settings: pH 8.5, 9.0 and 9.5. Use Kangen Water for everyday hydration, making coffee or tea, and preparing soups and other meals.

Clean Water | pH 7.0

Neutral pH 7.0 water for everyday drinking, preparing beverages, cooking and filling your pet’s water bowl. It can also be used when preparing baby formula following the formula maker’s water preparation instructions.

Beauty Water | pH 4.0–6.0

Mildly acidic Beauty Water is a lovely addition to everyday beauty routines. Try it as a facial rinse, a finishing hair rinse, or for simple household tasks like wiping mirrors.

Strong Acidic Water | pH 2.5

Strong Acidic Water contains hypochlorous acid, a compound known for its antimicrobial properties. It has potential applications in household cleaning and surface disinfection when the solution’s concentration and contact time are appropriate.

Strong Kangen Water | pH 11.5

Strong Kangen Water is highly alkaline and can help loosen oils, grease and grime. Explore it for greasy kitchen surfaces, oily stain pretreatment, laundry cleaning and washing produce. Rinse fruits and vegetables thoroughly with water.

Choosing the right water

Each setting has its own purpose, from drinking and cooking to beauty routines and household cleaning. Actual pH may vary depending on the source water and machine.

A few common questions

Let's clear things up.

Is hydrogen rich water the same as alkaline water?

No. Dissolved hydrogen concentration and pH are different properties. Some ionizers can produce alkaline water containing dissolved hydrogen, but alkaline pH alone doesn't tell you how much H₂ is present.

Does hydrogen rich water cure health conditions?

No disease treatment or cure has been established. Research is ongoing and results should not replace medical advice or prescribed care.

What does electrolysis do?

In a water ionizer, electrical current passes through water and produces separate streams with different chemical properties and pH levels. Output depends on the machine and incoming water.

Can I ask you about the machine without joining a business?

Absolutely. If you're curious about the water or the machine itself, you're welcome to reach out. There is no need to pursue a business opportunity.

A mom, a gypsy soul & a love for the ocean

Hey, I'm Celeste! Just a mom with a gypsy soul, a love for the ocean, and a passion for learning how to live a healthier, more intentional life.

My journey with Kangen Water started with curiosity and turned into something I genuinely love sharing with others.

I believe the more we learn about the things we use every single day, the more informed choices we can make for ourselves and our families.

This little space is here to educate, inspire curiosity, and share what I've learned along the way.
